Our hiring bar
How we choose Kindergarten teachers.
We hire slowly. Every educator joins after three rounds: practical observation in a Kindergarten room, parent panel, and a safeguarding interview.
- Minimum BA in early-years education, plus a recognised teaching qualification.
- Two years' supervised classroom experience before assuming a lead role.
- Annual safeguarding re-certification and biennial pediatric first-aid renewal.
- 30 hours per year of professional development inside our reading clinic and STEM studio.
